The 15-story, side-by-side buildings each will contain 78 units. The development will be located on the north end of the beach, less than two miles from Las Olas Boulevard. Three consecutive motels will be demolished--Beau Rivage Motel, Jolly Shores Motel and Ocean Hacienda Motel--to make room for Vue.

One-, two- and three-bedroom homes will range in size from 910 sf to 1,800 sf. Prices start in the low $300,000s. Vue has sold 30 residences in 30 days, according to Richard Lamondin, president of Cornerstone Premier Communities, and the project has been well-received by buyers. Occupancy of the community is expected in the fall of 2004.

Vue is being developed by Cornerstone Premier Communities, the luxury residential division of The Cornerstone Group, a large, national multifamily residential developer based in Coral Gables, FL.
