CarrAmerica Promotes Harold Nelson

WASHINGTON, DC-Instituting a promotion from senior general manager to VP/director of operations, leading office property owner CarrAmerica Realty Corp. has decided to hand over the bustling Washington, DC market to team member Harold Nelson. Nelson, an industry veteran of nearly 25 years who has been with CarrAmerica for 13 years, will have his hands full; the company’s portfolio in the District consists of 5.6 million sf. The properties include: 700 13th St., valued at $71 million; 1201 F St., valued at $88 million; 1919 Pennsylvania, valued at $83 million; and the Westbridge Office Building, valued at $56 million.
