Partners in GVA VCI Consulting include director Vijay Kumar Singh, who has more than 10 years of experience in India's growing commercial real estate market, and Chief Operating Officer Subir Dey, who has 25 years of experience in construction, real estate development, marketing and business development. Singh describes his company as "well connected with leading developers and government officials in all of India's major markets, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Calcutta."

GVA Chairman Michael Corbett said VCI is well positioned to handle overseas collaboration for referrals and global support and "has greatly improved (GVA's) ability to service clients" that are active in the growing Asian commercial real estate market.

The GVA network comprises about 3,000 real estate professionals serving approximately 80 markets. In its last report, GVA Worldwide partners collectively completed $12 billion in transactions and managed more than 110 million sf of office, industrial, retail and specialized property.
