Las Olas River House Set for Completion in Late 2005

FORT LAUDERDALE-Developers Richard D. Zipes and publicly traded Tarragon Realty Investors are targeting a late 2005 completion date for Las Olas River House in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project will consist of four condominium towers, three of which are under construction.

Phase one includes two 42-story towers and one 34-story tower totaling 287 units. A fourth tower, currently awaiting government approval, is planned for 25 stories with 44 condo units and three stories of restaurant and retail space. This will be phase two.

Developers told GlobeSt.com earlier this year that the development had a scheduled completion date of late spring 2004. The project currently is built through the 34th floor and will start delivering units in May or June 2004.
