George Named President at LongHorn Steakhouse

ATLANTA-David C. George, senior vice president of operations for the Longhorn Steakhouse division of Rare Hospitality International Inc., has been promoted to president of Longhorn. As senior vice president of operations at LongHorn since October 2001, he directed and coordinated development growth of the division.

A seven-year professional at Rare, George is a former vice president of operations for The Capital Grille, another Rare Hospitality brand. “He has been integrally involved in the growth of LongHorn Steakhouse for many years and we have the utmost confidence in his ability to lead the concept in the next stage of its growth,” says Rare president and chief operating officer Gene Lee.
