Straddling the Baltimore County line, Mount Washington consists of five major structures including the 250,000-sf building that is leased to Piper Rudnick LLP and others, a conference center, 1925 McAuley Hall and Davis Hall. Ultimately, Johns Hopkins Medicine and university administrative offices will occupy the 190,000-sf space now partially occupied by St. Paul Cos.

For Transwestern, activities will mostly focus on management as opposed to leasing for the immediate future. "The North Campus is 100% leased for five-plus years and the South Campus will become a corporate facility for Hopkins," Transwestern's Marc Fischer tells GlobeSt.com. "There is no leasing activity expected for some time, so there is no asking rent."
