The buyer is Bradley Associates, a Chicago-based limited partnership specializing in the syndication of single-tenant commercial properties. The company represents more than 1,200 investors who own 90 industrial, office and retail properties nationwide. Autocam is a maker of precision metal components for fuel systems, braking systems, power steering systems, surgical devices, and computer electronics. The company employs 1,800 in nine facilities worldwide.

The 85,157-sf corporate headquarters building, located at 4060 East Paris Dr. and built in 1990, sits on 6.6 acres and includes 73,507 sf of manufacturing space with 24-foot clear height, 11,650 sf of office space a 3,000-sf mezzanine and a 100,000-sf parking lot. The other building, a 57,025 SF manufacturing facility built in 1998, is located at 1511 George Brown Dr. and includes a 4,000-sf mezzanine, 8,000 sf of office space and a 24.8-foot clear height. Both structures are made of steel framing and block masonry.

Bradley Associates was represented by Roy Splansky and Mark Goode, both principals of Venture One Real Estate, a Riverwoods, IL-based commercial real estate company. Autocam was represented in the transaction by Stuart Kingma and James Badaluco, both with the Grand Rapids office of S.J. Wisinski & Company, a real estate brokerage firm based in Grand Rapids, MI.
