The renovation project entailed major interior upgrades involving the building's lobby, elevators and athletic facility. Now that the improvements are completed, the lobby boasts new ceilings, carpet, wall treatments and lighting, while the elevator cabs feature new interiors that match the redesigned lobby. The athletic facility has also been revamped for a more updated look.

"This renovation continues our long-term commitment to the tenants of the property and to downtown San Diego," says Michael Reich, president of Broe Real Estate Services. "Many of the companies located in Fourth Avenue Corporate Center have been there for 10 years or more, and the remodeling is an example of the quality property management that we can provide."

Built in 1982, Fourth Avenue Corporate Center is located at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Cedar Street. Encompassing 91,143 sf, the eight-story building is currently occupied by San Diego Workforce Partnership, Financial 21 Community Credit Union and the law firm of Fisch, Spiegler & Ginsburg. Leasing at the property is handled by Burnham Real Estate Services.
