Newton Park, as the scheme will be known, is designed to cater for distribution and logistics companies looking for a base in the north east. Helios has appointed King Sturge and Storey Sons & Parker as letting agents. Architect is Burks Green; engineer is Bullen Consultants and environmental consultant is WSP.

Helios Director Trevor Cartner said: "There is a distinct need for a high quality distribution park to serve this economically vital region. There is an increasing demand from potential occupiers across most size ranges, however, to best serve this region we envisage building out units ranging between 100,000 and 500,000 sf."
