Lowell Homes Plans Townhome Development

HOMESTEAD, FL-The community, which is more than 70% sold, will include 171 Spanish-style townhomes and villas, with three to nine units per building. They are priced in the $140,000-range. Marbella Cove is set to break ground this quarter.

HOMESTEAD, FL-Lowell Homes, a 16-year-old, locally based residential developer, is planning to begin construction this quarter on a townhouse project here. Marbella Cove will consist of 171 Spanish-style, one- and two-story townhomes and villas. The project will feature three to nine townhomes per building.

The development will be situated on 22 acres purchased recently for $2.2 million. The two-, three- and four-bedroom plans range in size from 1,038 to 1450 sf.

The homes are priced in the low $140,000s. The community is more than 70% sold in less than a month after the land acquisition.
