Durante tells GlobeSt.com that the new space, which encompasses the entire 11th floor, is leased up for the next three years with a two-year option to renew. While terms of the deal were undisclosed, asking rents in the building hover in the low $30 range.

Cresa Partners' Garrett Barriccio and Michael Smith handled the deal for Avail. The building, operated by P&J Realty Management LLC, was self represented.

Prior to its move on June 2, the New York team spent the past two months working in a temporary office at nearby 100 Fifth Ave., O'Neill tells GlobeSt.com. In her new role, she will serve not only as managing director, but also as Avail's national director of dispute consulting services.

She comes to the firm from Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Practice, where she was a principal and national coordinator. Also making the switch from Deloitte & Touche was Durante, along with Michael Ballou and David Benick. John Haas joins the team from Standard & Poor's.
