Avail Debuts in NY with 5,000 SF, New Managing Director

NEW YORK CITY-Branching into the Northeast region, Houston-based Avail Consulting has opened a new office here at 104 Fifth Ave. The 10-member staff will be lead by newly appointed managing director Pamela O'Neill.

NEW YORK CITY-Creating its third US office, Avail Consulting LLC, a financial, real estate valuation and tax depreciation advisory firm, has debuted in the New York market with a 5,000-sf lease at 104 Fifth Ave. With the intention of expanding the firm’s Northeast operations, the new office will house 10 associates led by newly appointed managing director Pamela O’Neill, according to Avail’s marketing director Nicholas Durante.

Durante tells GlobeSt.com that the new space, which encompasses the entire 11th floor, is leased up for the next three years with a two-year option to renew. While terms of the deal were undisclosed, asking rents in the building hover in the low $30 range.

Cresa Partners’ Garrett Barriccio and Michael Smith handled the deal for Avail. The building, operated by P&J Realty Management LLC, was self represented.
