Ft. Worth, TX-based Woodmont Co. handles leasing for the 545,000-sf shoppingcenter. It was built in 1996 and is owned by Cranberry Commons JV, LP, apartnership that consists of a group of individual investors, some of whomare based here.

Bobby Farrow of Woodmont represented the owner in this transaction. Farrowtells GlobeSt.com the center is 94% occupied and about to become fullyleased.

Among the other tenants Woodmont has placed in the center are Lowe's HomeImprovement, Target, PetSmart, Applebee's, Kohl's and Famous Footwear
