The Federation's Secretary from 1998-2000 and President of its French national chapter from 1995-1997, Levet was a property manager in Paris for 30 years from 1970-2000, where he managed the company which bore his name. In 1991 he founded Levet & Partners, an international network of property advisors with subsidiaries in Paris, New York and Lisbon. He is also a co-founder of the European Confederation of Property Managers and was President of the European Council of Real Estate Professions from 1992-1996.
