Greenwich, CT-based Greenwich Capital Management is the lender. All of the mortgages are for 10 years at a fixed rate, which is undisclosed.
Of the total funding, a $3.7-million mortgage is on the 36,594-sf, two-story office building at 455 Pennsylvania Ave. in Fort Washington. It is currently 100% leased to a diverse group of professional, medical and financial services firms.
Heritage Summer Hill, a 75-unit townhouse community in Doylestown, obtained a $10.6-million mortgage.
A $3.7-million mortgage was obtained on a 66-unit townhouse community in Douglassville and a 17-unit apartment building in Lansdale.
