Hotel Victor was designed by architect L. Murray Dixon. Internationally renowned, Paris-based decorator Jacques Garcia is the hotel's decorator. The interior will go along with the building's simple deco lines and Asian-motif ironwork. Garcia is known for his use of color.

The lobby will have lounges on two different levels: the ground floor and mezzanine. The lobby spaces will include a large jellyfish tank and lamps hanging that will resemble jellyfish. The development also will feature an additional exterior courtyard and terraces.

The hotel will feature a private beach area with services and amenities. The interior fabrics and fixtures will come from Garcia's studio, based in Paris. Deluxe rooms will include satin headboards and curtain trim, white marble, ebony-lacquered furniture, flat-screen TVs and custom-weave carpeting. Bedrooms will open to bathrooms with deep tubs and white marble.
