A third-generation real estate professional, Kaufman has seven years of experience in the South Florida real estate market. He recently has been a sales associate for luxury communities such as Carlisle on the Ocean in Surfside, The Peninsula in Aventura, The Highland Beach Club and Sunset Harbor in South Beach.

The project's developer is VenAventura LLC. Turnberry International Realty is the exclusive listing broker for the development.

The Atrium at Aventura will feature two towers with a total of 119 units at 3331 N.E. 188th St. The two- and three-bedroom homes are priced from the $300,000s to more than $600,000. Construction on the project is starting this summer, and completion is set for early 2005.

"The Atrium's boutique-style atmosphere, close proximity to the city's shopping, dining and recreation, and most significantly, the home-town feel, are the project's key selling points," Kaufman says in a statement.

The temporary sales center is located at 2846 N.E. 187th St. in Aventura.
