Kaufman Named Sales Director for The Atrium

MIAMI-The two-tower, 119-unit, waterfront condominium development is planned to start construction this summer in Aventura, FL. Kaufman has seven years of experience in South Florida real estate.

MIAMI-Seth Kaufman has been named director of sales for The Atrium at Aventura, a $22 million-plus luxury, waterfront condominium development planned for Aventura, FL.

A third-generation real estate professional, Kaufman has seven years of experience in the South Florida real estate market. He recently has been a sales associate for luxury communities such as Carlisle on the Ocean in Surfside, The Peninsula in Aventura, The Highland Beach Club and Sunset Harbor in South Beach.

The project’s developer is VenAventura LLC. Turnberry International Realty is the exclusive listing broker for the development.
