95-Acre Tract Near Disney Nets $1.47M

ORLANDO-Locally based Sandy Ridge Development LLC pays an Orlando investor group $15,486 per acre or about 36 cents per sf for the property fronting on both State Road 532 in Osceola County and County Road 542 in Polk County.

ORLANDO-The magical name of Disney continues to be a factor in Central Florida land deals, as indicated by the $1.47 million sale of 95 acres fronting both State Road 532 in Osceola County and County Road 542 in Polk County, about 30 miles south of Downtown Orlando.

Locally based Sandy Ridge Development LLC paid $15,486 per acre or about 36 cents per sf to an Orlando investor group headed by Less Dabbs, trustee. A new residential community is on the drawing boards.

Susan Lawrence, president, Real Estate Strategies Inc., and Christie Alexander of Realvest Partners Inc., formerly with Carter & Associates, negotiated for the seller and brokered the entire transaction.
