While the terms of the retailers' leasing agreements have not been disclosed, NAI KLNB's Michael Patz tells GlobeSt.com that space in the two new structures leases for $35 per-sf, and the firm has been achieving anywhere from $32 to $35 per-sf.

Together, Subway sandwich shop, LN Nails, and US Cleaners committed to 4,000 sf in the structure at 2641 Riva Rd. In the second building, at 2625 Riva Rd., Pasta Blitz took on 2,700 sf of space. "These leases will provide amenities for our tenants, as well as residents in the Riva Road peninsula," MIE Properties president and CEO Edward A. St. John says. "Overall, these restaurants and retailers will cater to people right in the community, thereby mitigating traffic."
