Carr Real Estate Promotes from Within

METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON, DC-CarrAmerica Realty Corp. affiliate Carr Real Estate Services Inc. has pushed one of its own up the ladder with the appointment of Paul Davis as the vice president/director of operations for Virginia and Maryland. Davis, who has called Carr his home for the last ten years, had been the senior general manager for the aforementioned markets.

“Our focus is on growing the business through strong local market capabilities and customer relationships and delivering market-leading services,” explains CarrAmerica’s John Donovan, company managing director for the greater Washington, DC region. “Paul’s expanded leadership role is an important step towards accomplishing these goals in Virginia and Maryland.” In addition to his decade of experience with Carr, Davis brings with him to the new position a 27-year history in the commercial real estate business. He will oversee operations for a 32-strucutre portfolio consisting of 4.3 million sf.
