Carey Jones Architects' design breaks the site into 16individual plots. And a quarter of the site will be transformed into public areas with a major event square and a 300-metre tree-lined boulevard as a central feature of the plan.
The design also meets the city council's objective to open up the banks of the River Aire with a new riverside walkway and a slipway for small boats.
