Construction on the $5.8-million project started in October of 2001. It is now completed, with the built-out structure located off Cannon Road at the new entrance to the Carlsbad Research Center at 1525 Faraday Ave. Encompassing 83,682 sf, the class A facility houses spec suites and build-to-suit office space in sizes ranging from 2,000 sf and up. The project is currently 20% leased.

Nadel Architects Inc. designed the project in collaboration with Newport National Corp., while Keeton Construction Co. handled the sitework and built the facility's shell. The tenant improvements are currently being designed by Designcorp and constructed by Pacific Building Group. A BRE Commercial/NAI team consisting of Mark Avilla, Justin Halenza and Norm Kerlin is responsible for leasing at the project.
