White & Case will pay a headline rent of £50 ($80) per sf after an undisclosed rent-free period. The 25-year lease incorporates a tenant's break at year 20 and White & Case will have the option to take some additional space in the future.

Lion Plaza is a mixed-use development providing almost 200,000 sf of offices together with a restaurant, eight retail units and a Holmes Place health club. The development is scheduled for completion in August 2003.

Lion Heart Properties Cecil Lim said: "We have fended off stiff competition from other landlords to secure White & Case. This deal is a seal of approval for our development." Atis Real Weatheralls and BH2 advised Lion Heart Properties while Colliers CRE represented White & Case.
