ABN Amro is moving from 680 Fifth Ave. and will occupy the 25th floor. Another ABN Amro group, LaSalle Business Credit, occupies the entire 27th floor in the building.

John Isaacs, a Cushman & Wakefield senior director, represented ABN Amro in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Kipp-Stawski Management. Insignia/ESG's Bruce Weinberg represented Barrett Associates. Insignia/ESG's Stacey Fabrikant represented Kipp-Stawski Management.

"This was a great opportunity for this division of ABN Amro to join its other business unit, LaSalle Business Credit, at this class-A tower," says Isaacs. "It's an excellent location affording close proximity to clients and prospects."
