When completed, the planned 673-unit Providence community will have at least 221 townhomes, 195 single-family residences, 42 condominiums and 18 apartments over retail stores. Wieland is building a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a 24-acre park. Early home sales are in the upper $200,000 range, says Dan Fields, vice president of land acquisition for Wieland Homes.

The developer hasn't decided how many additional apartment units, townhomes and single-family residences will be built in the project's last phase.
