Acquired by Kussardjian Trust, the complex is located at 1108-1112 Broadway. Encompassing a total of 12,780 sf, the property is home to tenants including Rally's Quick Stop, Dollarsmart, Auto Glass, Lisa's Hair & Nails and Broadway Video.

Broadway Plaza is the latest in a string of San Diego retail properties to change hands in recent months, as this market is still one of the healthiest in the nation.
