The building is located on 4.52 acres at 1160 W. 13th St. It is the former U.S. Food Service building. U.S. Foodservice, a national food service distributor that markets and distributes private label, national and signature brand items across the country, moved out a couple of years ago, leaving the building vacant for the past couple of years.
The new owner has plans to try to lease the building, according to Robert Smith, the broker who was involved in the sale. Smith is vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc.
