John Hundley of Capital Growth Properties Inc. represented La Jolla Dental Specialty Group in the recent transaction. Mark Wayne, Eric Vann and Dan Broderick acted on behalf of the lessor, Crescent Chancellor Park LLC.
La Jolla Dental Specialty Group will join current tenants Pacific Republic Mortgage Corp. and orthodontist Dr. Paul Styrt at Chancellor Park. Pacific Republic Mortgage Corp. signed a four-year, $1-million agreement for 5,221 sf here in July of last year, while Styrt inked a 10-year, $1.1-million lease this past February for 2,868 sf in the office complex.
