Located at 1299 Antelope Drive in Roseville, CA, the 336-unit complex of two-story, garden-style, walk-up buildings was built in 1999. The complex's unit mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments complete with laundry facilities and DSL hook-ups. Unit rents range from $925 to $1,475 a month. Currently, the complex is 95% occupied.

Onsite amenities include a pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness center and business center. Garages are available for rent at $75 a month and carports for $25 a month. A utility bill- back program is also in effect.

"The complex is in a flourishing market where there are probably about 1,000 units a year in new product going in. Sales in the Sacramento market are topping at $125 to $135 per unit," said Scott Mencacci with Pinnacle Realty, which is managing the complex for Olympic Investors.

Although relatively new, plans are set to spend $300,000 in upgrades for landscaping, repainting and a clubhouse remodel.

Creekside Apartments stands adjacent to the one-million-sf Roseville Galleria mall. In all, there is probably 3 million sf of retail and office space located nearby.
