SEATTLE-Locally based Olympic Investors, which just recently closed on a $150-million credit facility from Fannie Mae, has purchased the Preserve at Creekside Apartments in a deal valued at $36.8 million.

Located at 1299 Antelope Drive in Roseville, CA, the 336-unit complex of two-story, garden-style, walk-up buildings was built in 1999. The complex’s unit mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments complete with laundry facilities and DSL hook-ups. Unit rents range from $925 to $1,475 a month. Currently, the complex is 95% occupied.

Onsite amenities include a pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness center and business center. Garages are available for rent at $75 a month and carports for $25 a month. A utility bill- back program is also in effect.
