Phase II of High Ridge Center Under Way

BOYNTON BEACH-Levitt Commercial, a subsidiary of Levitt Corp., has begun construction on phase two of the High Ridge Commerce Center, a condominium warehouse development here. This phase consists of a 133,000-sf for-sale flex industrial project.

It is located on 10 acres of land at the southwest corner of High Ridge Road and Miner Road. With several units already reserved in the project, the first units are planned to be finished and delivered by late in the fourth quarter of this year.

“Our success with phase one was so extraordinary that we have commenced with phase two almost immediately,” says Seth Wise, president of Levitt Commercial. “Entrepreneurs can capitalize on the benefit of ownership, such as appreciating property values and equity buildup, while eliminating rent increases and enjoying the tax benefits.”
