Palshua Realty plans to use the building, located at 2230 NW 22nd St., to house an artwork frame manufacturing operation. Plans call for Munn Frameworks, a company affiliated with Palshua Realty, to occupy the building, which has a total of 14,000 sf.
Suncoast Industrial Equipment is a forklift company that vacated the premises upon the closing of the property sale. The company is relocating outside the area, according to a spokesman for Stagman Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage involved in the sale.
