DENVER-The Denver office of the Trammell Crow Co. has recently hired industrial veterans Doug Viseur and Murray Platt from Grubb & Ellis. Todd Witty, another broker who worked with Viseur and Platt, also joined the organization.

“Our office isn't hiding the fact that we're on offense and are always interested in welcoming the very best talent possible to represent our clients,” says Ann Sperling, senior managing director for Trammell Crow.

Both Viseur and Platt have been working in the real estate industry for more than 18 years each, and have represented very prominent clients during their careers. Prior to joining Trammell Crow , they both spent four years at Grubb & Ellis, preceded by 14 years at CB Richard Ellis.

Combined, they have completed over transactions totaling 16 million sf of space and have represented three of the 10 largest industrial investment sales during the past three years: Koll Peoria Center, 423,000 sf for $21 million; Valley Business Center, 203,000 sf for $13 million; and Bryant Street Quad, 210,000 sf for $9 million.

Viseur and Platt have also assisted with more than 1.5 million sf of development planning for various developers, including Koll Development, Lincoln Properties and Birtcher Development. The pair has also sold more than 2,000 acres of industrial ground, including 150 acres to King Soopers for the company's corporate consolidation at Stapleton.

Witty has completed six user sales during the past nine months, including 42,000 sf of space for $2 million. He has also recently completed an industrial investment sale worth $1.4 million.
