Before joining the company's Miami office, located at 801 Brickell Ave., Perez completed an internship at Trammell Crow's Orlando office brokerage group. He also is co-founder and vice president of the University of Miami's ALS Research Foundation, as well as a member of other organizations.

Trammell Crow's South Florida portfolio includes the office properties: One Brickell Square in Miami, 4000 Ponce in Coral Gables, 1200 Corporate Place in Boca Raton and Radice Corporate Centre III in Fort Lauderdale. The company's local industrial projects include: some buildings in Americas' Gateway Park in Miami, Quorum Business Center in Deerfield Beach and Pompano Business Center in Pompano Beach. Retail projects include Regency Court in Boca Raton and a T.J. Maxx Plaza in Miami.
