The property that sold is the Boardwalk, an 18,126-sf office building situated at 550 N. Parkcenter Dr. in Santa Ana's Fourth Street Corridor business district. The buyers were two local private investors, who paid $2.2 million for the building, according to Rob Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office. The two-story Boardwalk office building, 82% leased at sale time, is located in the Parkcenter Office Park.

Mitchell and Alan Pekarcik of Voit's Irvine office have represented CT Realty in the acquisition and disposition of all three properties, with the fourth and final building currently in escrow. In addition to Mitchell and Pekarcik, Dan Vittone of Voit's Irvine office and Chris Latta of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Phil Fridd of the Anaheim office of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
