Tax House Buys Pompano Beach Office Building

POMPANO BEACH, FL-The Tax House has purchased an office building here for $875,000, or approximately $110.59 per sf for the 7,912-sf site. The five-year-old accounting firm is adding this location to serve as its corporate headquarters. The seller of the property, located at 1261 E. Sample Road in Broward County, was GJ&T Holdings Inc. of Palm Harbor, FL.

The company is keeping its other Pompano Beach location at 533 E. Sample Rd. as a satellite office, but is moving people to the headquarters building. The firm, which has more than 50 employees in South Florida, has two other locations, one in Somerville and another in Framingham, MA.
