Other tenants include Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, Red Robin Restaurant, Trendwest Resorts, Payless ShoeSource, Household Finance and Seattle's Best Coffee.

Paul Sleeth from the Seattle office of Colliers International represented the seller-the estate of James Campbell. The buyer was Gramor Development WA LLC.
