"The Benenson family has a multitude of holdings and needed to centralize," explains Richard A. Kessler, COO of Benenson Capital Partners. "This is an internal business unit that is part of a long succession transition plan." Kessler said that the company will maintain its same primary focus--single-tenant triple-net leased properties occupied by major corporate tenants. BCP also looks at new acquisitions, development and redevelopment opportunities.

"Benenson Capital Partners, LLC is the new entity and the source of intellectual capital for the future," adds executive vice president Lawrence B. Benenson. Today there's a new generation of leadership continuing the family tradition--including Lawrence, Bruce W. Benenson, and Frederick C. Benenson, the founder's grandchildren.

"Both my grandfather and father have successfully believed in the same culture and core values since the early 1900's and we plan to continue with these fundamentals," states Lawrence Benenson.
