Koenig is a 12-year industry veteran working for Fortune International, a brokerage specializing in high-end condominiums in the South Florida area. With expertise in international trade, he has been sales director for several Fortune International projects in the last five years including Grand Venetian, OceanBlue and Casablanca Villas.
Miami Beach-based Karlton Properties is renovating and converting the 34-year-old former Victorian Plaza office building into a condominium community. The property originally was designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus. Condos cost between the $190,000s and $500,000; the one- and two-bedroom homes range from 850 sf to 1,360 sf. All units have private balconies, and most feature ocean and/or bay views.
Principals of Karlton Properties, a real estate development and management company, include Fredric N. Karlton, Daniel Rotenberg and Gavriel Naim.
