One America Wins Negotiating Deal

SAN DIEGO-The agreement grants One America exclusive negotiating rights with the Centre City Development Corp. for 300 days to explore options for a downtown parcel.

SAN DIEGO-Developer One America has won an exclusive negotiating agreement with the Centre City Development Corp. for an air rights parcel owned by the CCDC on a downtown block bounded by B, C, Kettner and India streets directly to the north of the One America Plaza high-rise office tower.

The One America entity that was granted the agreement by the CCDC board is called One America Second Phase PT LLC, which will be negotiating for the purchase and development of the parcel. The agreement includes a 300-day negotiation period and permits the exploration of a wide range of development alternatives, including a hotel, which was originally approved for this site.
