Located at 1125 NW Couch, construction on Block 4's shell was completed May 2003. The asking price for leasing office space is between $26.75 and $30.50-psf. The Art Institute (AiPD) first pre-leased 57,000-sf of office space back in 2000, and then added another 15,000-sf before occupying and then adding this latest space.

AiPD offers degrees in Multimedia & Web Design, Apparel Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Media Arts & Animation. Featured in the new location will be an art gallery, a video production studio, drafting classrooms, apparel design labs, and approximately 10 computer labs, as well as considerable classroom and office space.

PPM is a rapidly growing, integrated energy firm involved in renewable and gas-fired generation development, natural gas storage and hub services development, structured energy sales and purchases, energy management, plant asset management and fuels procurement. The firm's wholesale customers include municipal agencies, public utility districts, investor-owned utilities and large industrial customers in emerging retail markets.
