Devine, which sells and distributes DVDs, CDs and karaoke equipment, is relocating its corporate headquarters to the larger space at Enterprise Center from Largo, FL. Twelve employees of seven-year-old company are moving to the 1501 Green Rd. property.

Jeffrey Scott, senior vice-president/brokerage with Brenner Real Estate Group, represented the owner, Ledds Enterprises of Sterling Heights, MI, in the transaction. Thomas J. Hotz of Butters Realty & Management represented Devine Distribution.

Scott says the building was good for the company because of its requirements for a high-end facility offering a 100% air-conditioned controlled environment and 24-foot clear ceilings. In addition, Ledds Enterprises divided a bay in half to fit the tenant.

In the second transaction, Cafferty Building Products, a new company that supplies high-end commercial and residential custom doors and windows, signed a five-year lease for 7,587 sf of industrial/flex/showroom space. The lease is worth $266,683, or $7 average per sf. Scott represented Ledds Enterprises, and Richard Levine of ReMax North Star Realty represented Cafferty Building Products in this transaction.
