Dr. Lee Grabs Another Mid-Wilshire Buy

LOS ANGELES-Already the largest owner of office buildings in the Mid-Wilshire district, Lee's Jamison Properties gets the deed to 3545 Wilshire Blvd. with a $6.9-million check, one of the highest prices paid in recent years in the district.

LOS ANGELES-Dr. David Lee’s Jamison Properties has purchased a three-story office building at 3545 Wilshire Blvd. for $6.9 million, adding to what is already the largest portfolio of Mid-Wilshire office buildings in Los Angeles.

John Anthony of the Charles Dunn Co. in Downtown LA says Lee’s Los Angeles-based company acquired the 66,000-sf office property via 3545 Wilshire LLC. Anthony represented both the buyer and the seller, the Wilshire Building Co. LLC of Los Angeles.
