Located at 12126 Harbour Reach Drive, the two-year-old Center is part of a 100,000-sf, 3-building master-planned office/business park developed by HP Development, LLC. Asking rates for the Center are $0.55 on warehouse space and $1.25 on office space. There were some concessions made on the rent. The two-story building is 24-feet clearance in the warehouse and mezzanine office. Eighty percent of Mathers' new space will be improved as class A office, R&D and a highly improved production area.

Harbour Pointe is located in a rapidly growing technology corridor just north of Seattle. Developed starting in 1988, the development is a 2,300-acre master-planned community featuring 1,000 acres of residential development, 800 acres of open space including a golf course, school and library and 500 acres of commercial development with high-bandwidth class A office space.

"This lease is an example of the unique opportunities found in Snohomish County," says Deborah Knutson, president of the Snohomish County EDC.

Gregg Riva, Derek Heed and Sam Peterson of Colliers International represented the landlord, Harbour Pointe LLC.
