Langtree Group; Felton Developments; Caddick Developments and Delmar Developments now have two weeks to make more detailed proposals for the site, which forms part of the Atlantic Gateway Strategic Investment Area. The preferred developer for the site will be appointed by September 2003.
Wellington Employment Park is situated within the Northshore Atlantic Gateway area and will establish a new urban business park extending to 322, 920 sf with of office, light industrial and distribution floorspace Most of the land is already in the ownership of English Partnerships.
