P. Michael "Mike" Hardage, director in TCC's investment services division, says he intends to stay in commercial real estate although he's exploring other opportunities as part of his reassessment of where he is and where he's going. "I've been in investment sales for eight or nine years," he tells GlobeSt.com, "and I'm ready for a change."
Hardage, like others making a shift has nothing but praise for the firm. "Trammell Crow Co. has been a great experience and a great company," he emphasizes. Trammell Crow did not respond to a telephone call for comment by publication time.
Hardage, with 18 years in commercial real estate, oversaw the design and execution of the firm's marketing and disposition strategies in the Dallas region for the investment services group. Since joining the firm in January 1999, he closed or held exclusive listings for more than two million sf. Hardage is a regular "heavy hitter" in Dallas-Fort Worth rankings.
Prior to the TCC stint, Hardage spent 10 years at Transwestern, where he established and led the retail and investment sales divisions. The firm's one-time vice president is a five-time winner of its "most disposition award" in the Dallas region.
