MIRAMAR, FL-Trane, an air-conditioning sales, service and parts company based in LaCrosse,WI, has opened a 23,400-sf branch office and warehouse at the Miramar Park of Commerce. Specific lease terms were not disclosed, but the lease is estimated to be worth at least $563,000, based on the average rental rate for the submarket in the first-quarter Broward County industrial report by Cushman & Wakefield.
Trane, a division of American Standard Inc., has 57 employees in Miramar to serve southeast Florida and Nassau, Bahamas. The company also has offices in Miami, West Palm Beach and Deerfield Beach.
“The Miramar Park of Commerce offers a nice mid-point to our other South Florida offices, as well as easy access to highways,” John Tighe, district manager for Trane, said in a statement.
