Located at Dennery Road and Del Sol Boulevard, the multifamily complex is comprised of 17 Tuscan-style facilities that house a total of 346 apartments. The unit mix consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floorplans that range in size from 656 sf to 1,295 sf. The property boasts numerous amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, business center and detached garages, as well as two swimming pools and spas.

Locally based Wermers Corp. built Casoleil Apartments, which was designed by Architects Orange of Orange County. RBF of San Diego served as the project's civil engineer. Various subcontractors also worked on Casoleil, including San Diego-based Four Seasons Electric, Mission Pools of Escondido and Oceanside-based ADAJJ Pro Painting.

Casoleil is just one of various projects that JMI Realty has developed. The firm, which was organized in 1992 as the real estate subsidiary of JMI Services Inc., is currently implementing more than $390 million in development activity. In addition, it is managing a real estate investment portfolio valued in excess of $600 million.
