Keyes is relocating to the building from its downtown Miami site and is expanding its corporate headquarters.

The eight-story property, built in 1987, is located at 2121 S.W. 3rd Ave. in the Coral Way submarket. The total gross building size is 60,000 sf and the building has 38,400 net rentable sf.

The property includes 136 parking spaces on the surface and underground.

The building is the former headquarters of the International Bank of Miami. It is the second property to sell in the four-property Blissco portfolio.

Steve Nostrand, director of mortgage and investment banking for Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International, represented the seller in the transaction.

In the first quarter of this year, Codina Realty Services was retained to sell the four office buildings for the receiver for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

One other building, at 300 Sevilla Ave. in Coral Gables, has been sold for $4 million to OOOM LLC, an investment group. That building has 26,600 net rentable sf and 36,600 sf of gross building area.
